Facilities Technician (HVAC/ACMV, Class 2B/3, Night Shift)

Requirements

• Possess valid Class 2B/3 License
• Nitec in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on facility maintenance experience; candidates with 5 years of building or construction maintenance experience.
• Able to work night shift (10pm - 7am)
• Practical knowledge in air‑conditioning maintenance plus basic competencies in electrical and plumbing troubleshooting.

Additional Information

Carry out nightly checks and basic servicing of air‑conditioning units and school facilities. Identify and report any defects or safety concerns in classrooms, shared areas, and outdoor spaces. Manage urgent maintenance tasks, including electrical issues, plumbing repairs, and minor facility rectifications. Support contractors during repair or upgrade works when required.
