Responsibilities

• At Plansee Group, we believe that building teams starts long before the contract is signed and continues long after day one.
• As our operations in Bulgaria continue to grow, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, creates trust naturally and wants to contribute to the full employee journey - from first conversation to successful integration and engagement.
• Experience in recruitment is welcome, but it is not the most important thing for us. We are looking for attitude, curiosity and a genuine interest in people.
• Manage and support recruitment activities - sourcing, pre-screening, interviews and communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Create a positive candidate and onboarding experience for new colleagues
• Support employee engagement initiatives and help people feel connected and involved
• Contribute to local Employer Branding activities and strengthen our presence in the market
• Track progress and share insights with stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in HR, Recruitment or people-related activities is an advantage, not a requirement
• Strong communication skills and natural ability to connect with different people is a must.
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple topics
• Positive mindset and willingness to learn and improve
