Manage, coach, and quality-check the work of junior team members (Associates, Senior Associates, and Consultants) across engagements, ensuring clarity, structure, and timely execution. Develop content and contribute to the preparation of high-quality client deliverables, including reports, written analyses, operational insights, and executive-ready presentations. Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity in all interactions. Support the evolution of RPI methodologies, templates, and processes; contribute insights that strengthen existing service offerings. Required Skills & Experience Experience in retail, direct-to-consumer, or consumer goods environments and/or consulting engagements with similar client types. Expertise in one or more retail functional areas such as direct sourcing, product-to-market, consumer analytics, digital experience, marketing, personalization, digital commerce, back-office operations, distribution and transportation, store and omni-channel operations, or indirect procurement. Demonstrated ability to conduct, interpret, and oversee financial and operational analyses, including supporting the implementation of performance improvement initiatives. Experience improving working capital and financial performance through systems, tools, and bridge solutions.
