Job Description Primary responsibility is the support of Sales Territory and Customer Marketing Attribution (Customer Segmentation) data quality process, associated reporting needs, standardized global processes and communication with all partners. Quality and availability of the Customer Segmentation data and the associated process impact on aspects of our business and sales employees including the accuracy and timeliness of sales performance reporting. You will be responsible for finding creative solutions to validate data. You will develop efficient changes within global processes. Also, you will be able to think critically and exhibit strong problem-solving skills. You will report to the Team Lead, External Data and Segmentation. Your Responsabilities: Account Attribution: Govern and maintain critical account attributes such as Industry, Customer Type and Segment in SAP CRM and Salesforce. Monitor quality of attribute data from CRM using Power BI DQ dashboards, with the ability to take corrective action. Connect with Stakeholders to understand criticality/business reasons for requests. Analyze impact of critical attribute changes and ensure stakeholder understanding. Territory Management: Review and finalize proposed territory assignment changes in Goal Setting system and update system of records. Create/Merge/Modify APR (Area of Primary responsibility) in geolocating tool and other downstream systems. Maintain and change partner APR boundaries using the Geolocating tool following stakeholder's requirements. Create new maps and maintain existing maps using the geolocator tool following request. Test and push mapping changes between PROD environment and DEV environment. SOH (Sales office Hierarchy) creation and modification in CRM system. Collaborate with counterparts from other regions to ensure operational excellence. The essentials - You will have: Bachelor's degree. 1 -3 years of experience on any CRM tool such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, Hubspot Proficient in handling and analyzing large datasets in MS Excel or Power BI. Advanced English The Preferred - You Might Also Have Experience working on Anaplan. Experience with D&B SIC codes. Hands-on experience of GIS tools such as ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ESRI.
