AI Product Lead

Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Partner with senior leadership to define AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify opportunities where AI can create meaningful business value.
• Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
• Drive product discovery, validation, and execution.
• Technical & Engineering Collaboration
• Work closely with Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
• Understand AI/LLM capabilities, limitations, infrastructure, APIs, and deployment considerations.
• Evaluate AI technologies, frameworks, vendors, and platforms.
• Cross-Functional Leadership
• Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.
• Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with differing priorities.
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals.
• Customer & Solution Design
• Engage customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points.
• Design workflows and AI-powered solutions that solve real business problems.
• Support solution demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
• Product Operations & Documentation
• Write product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Establish processes for product delivery, testing, and deployment.
• Maintain clear documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Define KPIs and success metrics for product performance and adoption.
• Hands-On Execution
• Conduct product research, market analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prototype workflows using AI tools and automation platforms.
• Assist with QA, testing, user acceptance, and rollout activities.
• Take ownership of initiatives from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Solutions Engineering, Product Operations, or related roles.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams.
• Experience building, implementing, or supporting AI-driven products is highly preferred.
• Technical Understanding
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices.
• Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, cloud platforms, and software architecture.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, vector databases, workflow automation, and GenAI technologies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand technical trade-offs.
