Lead the planning department: Manage end-to-end planning activities such as forecasting, production scheduling, and cross-functional coordination.
Production Scheduling : Develop and own end-to-end production plans, from order through wafer fabrication.
Demand & Supply Alignment : Align Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP/S&OP) forums to provide capacity scenarios and production plans that align with market forecasts.
Inventory Management : Monitor and control work-in-progress (WIP) flow and finished goods inventory to prevent both stockouts and overstocking.
Capacity Optimization : Collaborate with operations teams to identify bottleneck tool utilization and plan for short-term and long-term capacity requirements.
Risk Mitigation : Identify potential supply gaps or production delays and report status, shortages, and risks to executive leadership.
Systems Management : Optimize ERP/MRP systems (like SAP) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to ensure data integrity and automated reporting
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
Experience : 5+ years in semiconductor manufacturing or supply chain management.
Technical Knowledge : Deep understanding of foundry ecosystems, development flows, and wafer fab processes

Salary : The estimated base salary range for the position is $157,000-$205,000.
