Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across semiconductor, data centre, life sciences, pharmaceutical, and advanced manufacturing sectors within Southeast Asia.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients and strategic accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, industry partners, and key stakeholders to support long-term business growth.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, including opportunity identification, client engagement, proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, estimating, and project delivery teams to develop competitive and value-driven solutions for clients.
- Manage and maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, customer relationship management (CRM) activities, and business development reporting.
- Support tender submissions, bid strategies, cost reviews, and client presentations to maximize project win rates.
- Work closely with regional and global business leaders to align market strategies, customer engagement plans, and growth initiatives.
- Drive cross-selling opportunities across multiple business units and service offerings to enhance customer value and increase market share.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade exhibitions, and networking platforms to strengthen market presence and identify emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline. Additional qualifications in Business, Marketing, or PMP certification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of experience within the MEP, EPC, or Facility Services industry.
- Sales Experience required
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Location: West
- Working days: 5 days
- Salary: S$10,000 and AWS (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
