Partner with Centric vendor on enhancements and configurations

Cross-Functional Delivery
Partner with merchandising, design, PD, sourcing, and supply chain
Lead discovery, process mapping, and requirements
Ensure solutions support end-to-end workflows and integrations
Drive adoption through communication and change management
Data & Process Optimization
Ensure product data accuracy and governance
Reduce manual work and improve workflow efficiency
Support reporting through clean, structured data
Product Delivery
Own end-to-end delivery (discovery → launch)
Align with seasonal timelines and business milestones
Track risks, dependencies, and progress
What You Can Bring:
Requirements
5-8+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, or similar
Strong PLM experience (Centric preferred)
Knowledge of product creation lifecycle (design → production)
Familiarity with ERP, OMS, and related systems
Execution
Strong requirements gathering and end-to-end delivery
Backlog management and Agile experience
Experience working with vendors and implementations
Ability to balance short-term needs with long-term strategy
Technical
Understanding of integrations, data flows, and system architecture
Experience writing user stories and requirements

Job Description
FableticsOS is seeking a Sr. Product Manager II to own the execution and evolution of our Centric PLM ecosystem , the core system powering our end-to-end product creation lifecycle.
You'll drive day-to-day product management of Centric PLM-balancing system stability, enhancements, and vendor collaboration-ensuring a scalable, integrated platform across merchandising, design, product development, sourcing, and supply chain. You'll partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, and the Centric vendor to deliver high-impact solutions that support growth.
This position reports to the Product Management Director, Product Creation Technology.
