Position Minimum Requirements You must meet all minimum requirements listed below. Degree/Major Requirement: Students must be currently enrolled full or half-time in an accredited college or university program, classified or academically ranked by semester hours as a Sophomore, Junior, Senior or Graduate student graduating no sooner than May 2027 (must submit transcripts stating current enrollment status, GPA, and in good standing.) GPA Requirement: Must be in academic good standing as defined by the college or university, earning at least a 2.75 GPA on a 4.0 GPA scale. Work Location Requirement: Students must report in person to the USPS OIG Arlington, VA duty station during core business hours (9:30AM ET to 2:30PM ET). During the academic semester: 10-30 hours per week During school breaks: Up to 40 hours per week (with management approval) EVALUATION FACTORS Failure to demonstrate that you meet all of the evaluation factor requirements as listed below will result in a score of zero (0); an ineligible status, and you will not be referred for further consideration. Include your major accomplishments relevant to the evaluation factors in your resume. SharePoint site building and maintenance experience, or ability to quickly learn intranet site building and maintenance with SharePoint. Ability to plan and run an event. Ability to learn and complete a detail-oriented review process with zero mistakes. Ability to research and analyze complex issues. Comfortable communicating both orally and in writing with higher level supervisors and people you have never met.
