As an Account Specialist, you are responsible for growing Reece USA's customer base by focusing on enhancing relationships and servicing key accounts. As the face of the company for large accounts, you engage with customers at critical touchpoints, serve as the expert of existing and emerging product solutions, and deliver optimized and differentiated service. Additional key responsibilities include: support key organizational initiatives to enhance the customer experience, visit job sites to provide technical solutions for acute problems, and build the technical capability of the team members at the branch.

In depth knowledge of effective sales techniques with an strong curiosity to continuously learn more

YOUR BACKGROUND

Minimum 3-5 years sales experience

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record

Willingness to travel as required

Maintain a clean background and driving record

Sales experience within the wholesale and distribution industry

Experience with CRM & ERP systems (i.e., Salesforce, Eclipse, Mincron)

Attendance - Ability to maintain the scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location as specified.

Physical Capacities - Lift up to 25 pounds on occasion, sitting and standing for extended periods.

Operation of Office Equipment - Job requires operation of equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment, including Near Vision, Manual Dexterity, and working in proximity to equipment.

Oral Communication Skills - Speaking, Speech Clarity, and Speech Recognition.

Written Communication Skills - Writing, Reading and Written Comprehension, and Written Expression.
