About the role
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, employee files, and staff lists in both SharePoint and hard-copy filing systems. Support recruitment, onboarding, orientation, contract preparation, renewals, amendments, and employee separation processes. Ensure all staff contracts are signed, distributed, archived, and renewed or terminated in a timely manner, with written notifications issued at least 30 days before contract expiry. Maintain records related to employee benefits, leave accruals, and end-of-service liabilities, ensuring reconciliation with Finance records. Coordinate staff performance reviews, training activities, and employee development initiatives. Provide HR advice and administrative support to staff and managers on HR policies, procedures, contracts, leave, and other employment matters. Ensure compliance with NPA policies, the NPA Quality Management System (QMS), and relevant Yemeni labor laws. Act as the focal point for routine HR operations during the absence of the HR Officer, ensuring continuity of HR services and support.
