Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Footwear Design, Fashion Design, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in footwear design and product development
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Confident in sketching (digital or by hand) and developing compelling visual presentations
Experience across multiple footwear categories (heels, boots, sneakers, etc.) is a plus
Confident working with materials, silhouettes, and colour stories
Strong original design aesthetics with a modern, trend-aware perspective
Open-minded, curious, and eager to contribute to a shared creative vision
Receptive to feedback and adaptable in your approach
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Able to balance creativity with deadlines and deliverables
Collaborative team player and team builder
Ensure clear and timely communication with product development teams to drive projects forward
Passionate about design, functionality, and the consumer experience
Fun, vibrant, and outgoing personality with a positive attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to be relocate to Singapore, if applicable
