Verify and maintain pricing files in accordance with contracts and Long-Term AgreementsTrack and manage NDA renewalsMonitor customer portals for scorecards and performance matrix, identifying improvement opportunitiesCustomer Service and Order Management ResponsibilitiesProcess customer orders including EDI, ASN, returns, and order confirmationsEnsure pricing accuracy and compliance with agreementsMonitor and download customer forecast data from portalsCoordinate with Planning and Shipping to mitigate delivery risksManage shipment activities, including expedites, tracking, and proof of deliveryRespond to customer inquiries promptly and professionallyInvestigate and resolve order, pricing, and invoice discrepanciesAct as backup for other CSR team members as requiredOperational and Administrative ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain material master data in SAPSupport to Accounting activities including payments, credits, debits and returnsCreate purchase requisitions for internal and external vendorsSetting up new customer accountsMaintain accurate electronic and hard copy recordsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiencyParticipate in Continuous Improvement initiativesComply with all Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) requirementsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data organization and analysis), PowerPoint, TEAMS
- Experience with CRM and SAP systems preferred
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate orders, forecasts, inventory, and demand planning data
