Drives a strong hunter mindset by proactively identifying whitespace, displacement, and expansion opportunities
Owns strategic pipeline generation in partnership with BDRs and broader ATU teams
Leads and orchestrates the ATU across sales, technical, customer success, renewals, marketing, and partner functions
Balances short-term revenue execution with long-term customer growth and platform adoption strategies
Maintains strong forecasting discipline, pipeline hygiene, and operational rigor
Consistently achieves and exceeds sales targets quarter over quarter through disciplined execution and strong commercial leadership
Leverages partners strategically for scale and execution while maintaining Autodesk leadership of the customer relationship and sales motion
In addition, AEs are responsible for driving strategic account portfolio planning and prioritization. This includes:
Understanding the full parent-account structure and customer landscape across assigned portfolios
Assessing whitespace, business potential, competitive positioning, and expansion opportunities across child accounts
Prioritizing the highest-potential accounts and opportunities for focused engagement
Providing strategic direction, prioritization guidance, and feedback to BDRs to support effective research, outbound engagement, and pipeline generation activities

Requirements
9 years of experience in field sales with Mid-Market / Large Customers
Experience in Go-to-market strategy
Experience in software solution selling
