Licensed Service Broker

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Licensed Service Broker - Personal Lines to join our growing team. In this role, you will support and service an existing portfolio of personal insurance clients (home and auto), ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and a high standard of care. You will work cross-functionally and build strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers, using your technical expertise, analytical thinking, and negotiation skills to provide tailored insurance solutions. This position is well-suited for someone who can manage multiple priorities and perform confidently in a contact-centre environment.
