Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospital specialists, multidisciplinary teams and hospital decision makers.
Create and deliver territory business plans that meet sales targets and improve patient access.

Collaborate with medical, market access and commercial colleagues to design and run coordinated local initiatives.
Use market, performance and competitor data to identify opportunities and propose actionable plans.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years field sales experience liaising with hospital-based healthcare professionals.
Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare teams.
Fluent in Mandarin; conversational English is an advantage. Knowledge of Taiwan's local language and culture is required.
Comfortable using CRM systems and basic data analysis to inform territory decisions.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
Experience working in a teaching hospital or large medical centre.
Background in vaccines, specialty medicines, oncology or a related therapeutic area.
Ability to interpret clinical data and present findings clearly to clinicians.
Established network of hospital contacts in Taiwan.
Experience working across cross-functional or matrix teams.
Strong planning and organisational skills, including managing budgets and territory plans.
Work style and location
This role is on-site in Taiwan with regular travel across the assigned territory. You will spend most of your time meeting healthcare professionals and collaborating with local colleagues in the field and office.
