THE JOB: As the Assistant Retail Manager, you will be the right-hand partner to the Retail Manager and the driving force on the retail floor. You will orchestrate daily operations, mentor our talented team members, and ensure every guest interaction is nothing short of extraordinary. THE DAY-TO-DAY: Implement cost-control procedures, including shrink reduction initiatives, while monitoring and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. Demonstrate strong business acumen by analyzing store performance to achieve financial objectives and overall store profitability Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, onboarding, coaching and developing team members.
