Responsibilities

  • -Act as the onsite HR point of contact for employees and managers, handling daily HR inquiries related to policies, compensation, benefits, leave, payroll, time attendance, and performance management.
  • -Provide timely HR support via HR systems, email, and face‑to‑face interaction.
  • -Guide employees and managers on HR tools and self‑service systems, ensuring data accuracy.
  • -Maintain HR data quality, including employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • -Coordinate onboarding, probation reviews, performance management, offboarding, and other site‑level HR processes.
  • -Support recruitment for operational and support roles to meet site manpower needs.
  • -Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary cases, with focus on frontline/blue‑collar employees.
  • -Support audits, HR reporting, continuous improvement initiatives, and conduct mandatory HR orientations/training.
  • JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • -Minimum 3 years of HR Operations experience , preferably in a multinational company.
  • -Working knowledge of local labor law, PIT, and social insurance.
  • -Experience with HR systems (Workday is a plus).
  • -Strong communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑handling skills.
  • -Experience working in factory or warehouse environments is highly preferred.
  • -Good English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
