About the role

Buffalo Tungsten is seeking a Production Operator to support our powder production business. As a Production Operator, you will operate production furnaces, work in the spray room and conduct activities related to the manufacturing process such as operating machinery, keeping accurate records, operating a forklift, complete work orders and packing materials for shipment. Complete other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager. This role will be based at our site in Buffalo (Depew), New York. Your Background & Profile: Have a Safety-First Culture Ability to work as an individual and a team Be at work for your assigned shift Be able to stand or walk most of the day Regularly lift and handle up to 20 pounds throughout your shift Able to lift up to 60 pounds periodically over short distances Can follow procedures and maintain accurate records Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently Education/Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields is beneficial
