Responsibilities
- Detail BQ takes off, cost estimate and preparing tender submission.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and cash flow forecasts.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential cost issues.
- Analyze, negotiate contracts, cost control, tenders, and variations order preparation.
- Sourcing for sub-contractors and supplier and negotiate price with them.
- Control the budget when doing procurement.
- Submission of progressive claims and variation orders to the client.
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractor's claim.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in quantity surveying (M&E Industries).
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost management, and estimation.

- -Able to work independently and is a team player.
- -Have good attitude with high level of initiative.
- -Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and software (e.g., Glodon).
