Director, Compensation

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to managers (M2, P4's) and some individual contributors (P3, P4's), accountable for the performance and results of team and contributes to people management and area goals and priorities.
• For employees outside India and United States: Willingness to serve as a local internal subsidiary director to represent the entity in country, with full support from corporate teams, in governance matters
• -Applies in-depth understanding of the business dynamics of own department/district integrates within the division
• -Identifies and resolves complex multi-dimensional business problems
• -Manages multiple related teams, sets organizational priorities and allocates resources; executes department business plans
• -Influences others internally and externally, including senior division executives, vendors or regulators
• -Requires a comprehensive understanding of internal and industry standards and principles
• Impacts the business results of a department by setting priorities, allocating resources, and developing policies and plans.
• -Guided by department business plans
• -8-12 years with team management background
• -Bachelor's degree; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
