Job Description: Job Description Assists the team head to develop the overall development strategy for BG and consistent with the company's sales and marketing plans. Assists the team head to develop, implements and monitors BG performance to achieved agency headcount & productivity growth. Assists the team head to develop BG as future BG leaders as well as qualified MDRT members. Assists the team head to implement BG promotion criteria and the BG development roadmap to uplift the professionalism and build the bench strength. Manages and organizes BG development program, recognition programs and activities. Job Requirement Degree holder with a minimum of 8 years' experience in training Strong PPT and social media development skills Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving capabilities Excellent planning and organizational skills Proven event organizing and execution abilities We offer 5-day work, attractive salary, MPF, group life and group medical insurance; and excellent career development opportunities to the right candidate.
