FP&A Finance Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive Strategic Financial Modeling: Build and maintain models across CapEx, lease accounting, rent, CAM, and operating expenses to evaluate trade-offs and support real estate planning. Partner with global stakeholders to assess the financial impact of footprint and investment decisions.
• Drive Automation and Scalability: Improve reporting and streamline FP&A processes through tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Python, and AI. Support scalable solutions and process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and insight generation.
• Lead Expense and Capital Strategy: Support the end-to-end management of CapEx and OpEx, ensuring disciplined spend tracking and alignment with near- and long-term plans.
• Enable Cross-Functional Decisions: Partner with Facilities, Accounting, Procurement, and Corporate Finance to support leasing decisions, budget tracking, and financial analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement and ensure financial accuracy and alignment.
• WHAT YOU BRING
• Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
• FP&A Experience: Proven success in business-facing finance roles supporting planning, investment decisions, or cost management
• Systems Proficiency: Experience with financial systems (e.g., Anaplan, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel; familiarity with data tools is a plus
• Collaborative Leadership: Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and develop strong cross-functional relationships
• Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
