RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE COMMERCIAL: Supporting distributor sales teams in driving distribution, rate of sale (ROS) and value share of the Bacardi-Martini portfolio. Setting up tests, identifying trends and implementing best-in-class commercial standards. Creating and leading bespoke commercial solutions with Top Accounts. Building strong relationships with key trade partners. Ensuring high-quality rollout of the Perfect Serve Strategy. Co-leading negotiation of On-Trade contracts together with distributor sales representatives, with Bacardi-Martini retaining final decision rights on investment allocation and contract support prior to agreement execution. Acting as brand owner representative in commercial discussions, defining the scope of branding, visibility, menu presence, activations, events and brand-specific sales targets. Verifying and controlling achievement of agreed sales targets per brand by contracted On-Trade customers. Validating brand-level SELL-OUT and product rotation as a prerequisite for financial support. Approving funding from Bacardi-Martini NSV budgets based on achieved targets and contractual compliance. Controlling execution and quality of agreed branding, visibility, activations and events for the Bacardi-Martini portfolio. A pproving completion of branding, events and activations funded from Bacardi-Martini A&P budgets prior to budget transfer and settlement via the distributor. Acting as a quality gate between Bacardi-Martini budgets (NSV / A&P) and distributor execution. Challenging non-compliant execution and withholding approval until agreed standards and objectives are met. ADVOCACY: Building brand advocacy and brand love through inspirational mentoring sessions and "liquid on lips" experiences. Strengthening brand equity through engagement, inspiration and embodying the brand lifestyle. Acting as an influencer within the bartending community to build strong brand advocacy. Activating bartenders and venues to stimulate brand-specific product rotation and sustained SELL-OUT of the Bacardi-Martini portfolio within A&P budgets managed by the CPA function. COOPERATION WITH DISTRUBUTOR: Educating and training distributor On-Trade sales teams (PADs, BDs) on Bacardi-Martini spirits, brands and portfolio priorities. Collecting and sharing competitor and execution insights from distributor field teams. Providing leadership thinking on serves, POS and M&E for distributor execution. Delivering training on brand, category and industry trends for distributor teams. Collaborating with Bacardi-Martini Marketing to manage Trade Events delivered by the distributor. Working in close alignment with distributor On-Trade teams to ensure contract objectives, activation priorities and sales targets are clearly understood and delivered. Providing structured feedback and business intelligence data to Bacardi-Martini on distributor execution quality, target delivery and budget effectiveness. OTHER: Market Monitoring: Monitoring the market for the attractiveness of the company's product offerings, competitors' actions and product ranges, consumption trends in the On-Trade channel, and new venues. Cross-departmental Cooperation: Close collaboration with departments supporting sales (Customer Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and other departments). Skills and Competence Development: Creating a personal SMART development plan in Primo Profile and actively working on eliminating competency gaps and acquiring new skills. SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY Experience as a Sales Representative in the On-Trade channel (minimum 2 years) Knowledge of the HoReCa channel specifics and current trends Experience in building long-term business relationships Practical analytical skills Strong communication skills, openness, proactivity, and assertiveness Focus on development and skill improvement Independence and good organizational skills Ability to work under stress and in a dynamic
