Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

Lightfield is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Tech Lead to help scale the platform through a period of rapid growth and increasing customer demand (and beyond!). After emerging from private beta, we've seen strong adoption from thousands of businesses, including larger, more mature teams using the product in production-critical ways. We're doubling active users every two weeks, our event throughput has 100x'd, and the infrastructure is being pushed into a new phase. This role will be central to ensuring the platform remains fast, reliable, and resilient as Lightfield expands into larger enterprise use cases. We're looking for a Head of Infrastructure to build the infrastructure engineering function as a hybrid platform team. Some engineers work directly on foundational systems - reliability, scalability, observability, developer infrastructure, data systems, and service health - while others embed directly into product initiatives to help architect and deliver systems that can scale from day one.
