Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
Develop and execute proactive relationship and service plans to deliver exceptional, client-focused solutions.
Introduce clients to innovative technologies, automation tools, and BBH Infuse systems to enhance their experience.
Coordinate new business and product implementations, client discussions, and special projects.
Promote a client-first mindset and lead initiatives to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency
Identify opportunities for service enhancement and implement best practices to optimize client outcomes.
Ensure compliance with risk management policies
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global custody and/or financial services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Experience with trade/cash settlement area is desirable.
Project management skills and proven experience is plus
Collaborative team player with a client-centric mindset and ability to manage high-pressure situations.
