Collaborates with Portfolio Manages to manage existing loan portfolio. Monitors and documents performance of existing loan portfolio through call memos, site visits, financial collection / review, including annual reviews and business development plans. Monitors maturing loans and financial/covenant/documentation exceptions. Provides mentoring and guidance to less seasoned Commercial Bankers given level of experience. Manages loan payment delinquency within their loan portfolio. Maintains a good working relationship with bank employees. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn, the organization. Assumes additional responsibilities as required. Education: Requires a four-year college degree or equivalent, major in Finance/Accounting.
