Trainer

About the role

Conduct product training for the company's core brands and products through online, offline, one-on-one, and group training sessions. Develop and record product training videos for key products when training materials or videos are not provided by the respective business units. Coordinate with various business units to obtain and consolidate product information, training materials, product comparisons, and related content. Support and collaborate with local KOLs, customers, and partners for livestreaming, product demonstrations, store visits, and promotional activities. Prepare and organize monthly product knowledge assessments and examination materials based on business unit resources, promotional campaigns, and product highlights. Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve product knowledge and sales performance. Ensure training content is accurate, updated, and aligned with company objectives.
