M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer / Electronics / Communications Engineering with 15+ years of experience
Strong expertise in C, Linux/ESXi/Windows kernel programming, API libraries, OS internals.
Significant experience with user and kernel space drivers for storage.
Comprehensive understanding of NVMe, SCSI, FC, Storage protocols drivers and block storage technologies.
Hands on experience in architecting, developing SW for Storage products.
Successful track record of managing and leading a Storage products (Fibre Channel preferably) SW Engineering team for at least 5+ years.
Successful track record of delivering and managing Storage SW products.
Strong technical project management skills - ability to create and maintain a schedule, drive the team to meet it, foresee potential roadblocks and navigate the team to avoid them.
Strong expertise in tracking and management tools. Ability to work with fast-paced and agile environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Expectation is that the candidate will provide regular communication to execution team and key customers on project status.
Strong collaboration skills. The candidate is expected to role model effective teamwork and collaboration within the teams.
Ability to efficiently Engage with other stakeholders such as the architecture team, SoC design team, program management and Marketing team.

What You Can Expect
Technical Management of User-space/Kernel software components for Marvell Fibre Channel Adapters on Linux, ESXi & Windows environments being done by Pune Drivers & Applications Team and manage complete SW product life cycle from requirements definition to Product SW delivery across customers.
Interface with Marketing, Architecture and customer support teams to translate market and customer requirements into product requirements.
Participate in all phases of development and support from requirement, design, coding, unit testing, benchmarking, and support.
Responsible to ensure solution & releases passes the OEM qualification testing
Work with cross functional teams to plan, manage and execute release schedule and drive timely execution to deliver high quality SW as per Marvell Fibre Channel product roadmap.
Manage product definition and requirement changes through and effectively identifying and communicating schedule/feature/cost trade-offs.
Lead strong technical team, take ownership, demonstrate sense of urgency in completing tasks, coupled with continuing to develop the abilities to assume more advanced assignments.
