About the role
The Digital team owns the end-to-end experience for Internet Banking, the NAB app, NAB Connect, NAB One and other platforms and assets that make up the customer and colleague experience. This role will represent the voice of the customer and implement the vision and roadmap for a product/set of features. This role will translate the strategy into executable solutions by prioritizing and shaping initiatives that deliver to domain objectives. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Define, shape, prioritize, and develop digital experiences aligned with the product vision and business objectives. Manage backlog strategy by balancing domain and channel priorities with urgent technical fixes and customer pain points. Work within cross-functional squads (developers, business analysts, architects, designers) to deliver initiatives on the digital channel roadmap. Document requirements and translate business needs into actionable user stories, refining them and providing clear guidance on definition of done. Facilitate smooth delivery by resolving blockers-ranging from basic issues to more complex challenges requiring stakeholder communication and trade-off decisions. Collaborate with stakeholders to agree on customer and commercial outcomes, and build trusted relationships through clear, regular communication to manage expectations. Play a leadership role within the squad to drive outputs, lift quality, and ensure customer-centric solutions. Enable delivery through decision-making, responding to key questions, reviewing work items, planning, tracking, reporting progress, and measuring success and learnings. Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 8+ years total experience in IT or financial products, including 5+ years as a Digital Product Owner. Proven ability to develop, articulate, and implement strategic initiatives in complex business environments. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working. Experience with human-centered design principles. Aptitude for understanding technology and digital products (detailed technical knowledge not required). Demonstrated leadership skills, including facilitating workshops and influencing cross-functional teams. Track record of delivering consistent results in large, complex organizations.
