Associate Architect
Shape meaningful architecture across the Pacific
At Beca, our architects do more than design buildings. We help create resilient, sustainable communities across the Pacific. For over two decades, our work has supported education, government, and community projects throughout the region. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team working alongside engineers, climate specialists, and designers, all focused on making everyday better for the communities we serve.
Te whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity
This is an Associate-level opportunity for an experienced architect who is motivated to lead projects, influence outcomes, and grow their impact. You will take ownership of projects from early concept through to delivery, working closely with clients and teams across the Pacific.
You will build trusted relationships, support the growth of our work, and help shape both projects and people. In this role, success comes from delivering projects that balance design intent with real-world needs, bringing strong design thinking into practical, buildable outcomes, and responding to climate and resilience challenges in the Pacific. Travel within the Pacific will form part of this role.
