As our Brand Manager for the Oral Healthcare category, you will lead category & brand strategy, activation and execution, roll out new product launches, promotion calendar and media to drive sustainable & healthy brand consumption and sales growth for the local market.
This is a high visibility role where you own the end-to-end journey of iconic brands such as Sensodyne & Polident.
Responsibilities
Accountable for accelerated share, sales and profit growth for assigned brand portfolio over within short term and long term in the market. Responsible for tracking local brand KPIs and recommending remedial action where necessary.
Plan and implement the media & activation plan for new campaigns/product launches on the approved marketing strategies aligned for the responsible category/products.
Execute and evaluate all local marketing activation programs at consumer/trade level including new product launches, creative adaptation, media plan development, consumer campaign. Win in digital locally through driving local digital insights and delivering locally relevant digital campaigns.
Identify investment priorities and manage A&P with appropriate mix between Advertising and BTL activations. Control and optimize marketing expenditure within agreed limits and agreed upon plans
Closely monitor the market/channel performance, analyze variations from plan and recommend and implement remedial action as appropriate
Define and deliver winning expert activation programme to strengthen "expert recommended" differentiation for relevant brands.
Build strong agency partnerships to deliver world class activation.
Model Haleon values & behaviors and compliance with all internal/external codes of practice/requirements.
Lead the cross functions collaboration such as sales, trade marketing, expert, regulatory, demand planning, logistics etc. to push through the process to ensure the integrated execution of the plans
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, site, Artwork Hub and Artwork Studio to successfully manage and deliver updated artwork / labelling / repacking; manage / coordinate the resolution of technical queries to meet project milestones
Qualifications and skills
Essential
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years related experience within FMCG / healthcare industry, with proven track record of achievements
Strong commercial experience in developing and implementing brand execution plans
Experienced in new product launch and driving large scaled communication campaign.
Experience in brand architecture, setting brand/variant roles & priorities and building portfolio.
Good understanding of modern trade and drug store practice
Proven collaborator, team player and alliance building oriented
Excellent communicator and active listener
Role requires strong understanding of marketing, shopper and expert marketing, sales and finance to drive brand performance
Ability to lead and inspire

Master's degree
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver results in a matrix organization
Strong financial capabilities and commercial acumen
Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations including organizational changes and changes in job demands
Experience in healthcare/wellness industry preferred
