Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain a busy caseload.
Triage and sort e-mail inbox to open new matters.
Draft, update and maintain spreadsheets to track status of cases.
Assisting in document review, organization, and production.
Liaise with clients regarding status of claims, potential claims, and coverage letters.
Finalize and send coverage letters.
Monitor state and federal court dockets and forecast possible upcoming claims.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience is preferred for this position. We will consider Senior Paralegal title for those with substantial experience.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel).
Excellent written and communication skills.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with Court websites.
Well-developed organization and time management skills.
Ability to handle highly sensitive information.
Ability to gracefully work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility and adapts well to changes in workload.
Willing and able to learn new software.
Intellectual curiosity.

The pay range for a Paralegal role is:
Los Angeles: $43.96 - $52.20 (equivalent to $80,000 - $95,000 annually).
San Francisco: $49.45 - $57.69 (equivalent to $90,000 - $105,000 annually).
The pay range for a Senior Paralegal role is:
Los Angeles: $54.95 - $63.19 (equivalent to $100,000 - $115,000 annually).
San Francisco: $60.44 - $68.68 (equivalent to $110,000 - $125,000 annually).
