Responsibilities
- Actively generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking and outreach to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and build a strong sales pipeline to grow your portfolio
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into new clients
- Act as a brand ambassador for Diot-Siaci Asia
- Manage and develop a portfolio of individual/private clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement
- Manage policy/contract renewals to ensure strong client retention
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within your portfolio
- Provide tailored advice and solutions based on clients' needs
- Ensure timely follow-up on client inquiries and service requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Support operational and administrative tasks, including preparation of proposals, renewal documentation, and client reports
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by the Company
- Additional Responsibilities for Team Lead
- Lead, guide and support a team of Relationship Managers on sales activities, client engagement and business development strategies.
- Monitor team's pipeline and sales activity to achieve individual and team performance objectives
- Work closely with management to drive business growth, improve processes and support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, sales, or a client advisory role is preferred. Fresh graduates, as well as candidates from customer-facing industries such as hospitality, healthcare, airline cabin crew, luxury retail, and F&B, are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Confident, client-focused, and able to build rapport and long-term relationships.
- Well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- CGI, BCP, PGI, HI, CM-LIP (M9 & M9A), andM5/RES5 certifications are advantageous but not mandatory. Sponsorship for relevant certification examinations may be provided for suitable candidates.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore and not require work pass sponsorship.
