The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting activities across Year Up United by providing exceptional executive support and managing the overall administration for two to three executives. You will represent Year Up United in interactions with external and internal constituents every day and must operate on many levels with independence, efficiency, enthusiasm and professionalism. Executives will depend on you to interface regularly with C-level contacts for a variety of purposes (e.g. program introductions, fundraising asks). The Executive Assistant will also have the opportunity to interact with students in a variety of potential ways as appropriate (i.e. a mentor, facilitator, and advocate, participating in building a positive educational environment).
