About the role

- Interior Decoration Contractor specializing in renovation and interior fit-out projects

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage interior decoration and renovation projects
• Supervise project activities to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and site progress
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure compliance with relevant operating procedures and safety requirements
• Resolve project issues and maintain effective communication among stakeholders
• Conduct regular site inspections and project meetings

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior decoration or renovation projects in Singapore
• Proven experience managing and supervising project operations
• Familiar with Singapore interior fit-out and renovation procedures
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet project deadlines
• Good communication and team management abilities
• Additional Information:

Job Title: Project Manager Salary: $3,800 - $4,500 (Based on Experience) Location: Toa Payoh Work Schedule: - Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm - Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm - Monthly Rest Days: 6 Days
