To support the administrative and operational matters within the HR department on the following:
Business Partnering
Advise and guide managers on interpreting and applying HR policies and programs to workplace situations.
Support managers in using HR tools and processes such as performance management, career development, HR audits, disciplinary actions, and onboarding/offboarding procedures.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement and participate in internal/external continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide ad-hoc HR support where required to ensure smooth business operations.
HR Administration
Work closely with the payroll team to prepare and verify monthly/off-cycle payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local statutory requirements.
Coordinate end-to-end relocation processes with external vendors, including FKW projection, visa applications/cancelations, lease renewals, tax clearance, settling in, and documents preparation for these processes.
Prepare and maintain HR reports for business leaders and managers.
Administer employee benefits, ensuring timely updates and proper documentation.
Support the employee offboarding process, including exit interviews and last-day coordination.
Learning & Development
Coordinate all training programs by managing scheduling, logistics, vendor communication, and employee participation with the support from HR Manager.
Manage HRDC submissions and maintain accurate training records.
Employee Motivation & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee HR inquiries, offering guidance, and dedicating face time to understand employee concerns and feedback.
Actively involved in planning and executing employee engagement and HR communication activities.
Talent Acquisition
Manage internship hiring as part of employer branding efforts, including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with universities.
Oversee the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring all stakeholders complete their tasks and conducting orientation sessions.
Manage recruitment and onboarding documentations, including e-stamping.
Actively participate in campus relations and recruitment activities.
Requirements
Bachelors in HR, Psychology, Business, Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience.
Highly organized and able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
Proficiency in SAP and Workday is highly advantageous.
People centric with a passion for process excellence.
Strong communication skills.
Creative, flexible and able to think out of the box whenever assigned to ad-hoc projects.
