Manage workforce member cases for COVID, Flu, and RSV, ensuring timely follow-up and recovery support.
Coordinate testing efforts at UHTMC and UHLMC, and manage ongoing testing data for long-term care and administrative reporting.
Support research and safety programs , including COVID data tracking and the PREVENT Research Project.
Lead and assist with onboarding of new staff members, helping build a culture of safety and excellence.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, professional, and organizational standards while modeling integrity and service excellence.
Collaborate across teams - patients, physicians, and healthcare colleagues - to deliver efficient, empathetic, and evidence-based care.

What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Missouri
Current BCLS certification
For PRN roles: at least 1 year of medical/surgical experience or 1 year in a related specialty area
