Key responsibilities include: Leading Performance: Overseeing the execution of media, DDX, A&I, and other digital performance strategies, ensuring consistency between brand marketing investments, consumer insights, and group strategic priorities. Championing online growth and multi-channel strategy: Owning the full e-commerce budget, revenue targets, and profitability metrics (gross margin, ROI, and customer acquisition cost). Defining the strategic roadmap and operational framework for all e-commerce channels: Marketplaces, e-Retailers,Social Commerce. Oversee partnerships, joint business plans (JBPs), andexclusive product launches. Leading the trade animation calendar strategy andexclusive promotional campaigns (e.g., Double-Digit campaigns like 11.11, SuperBrand Days) Driving Digital Capability Adoption: Ensuring brands' engagement and division-level adoption of key digital capabilities, overseeing the strategic alignment between digital marketing and brand objectives. This role requires a broad generalist mindset, extensive knowledge, and exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
