5+ years of hands-on lab technician experience working with electro-mechanical test equipment, including environmental chambers, vibration and shock testers, oscilloscopes, microscopes, Instron systems, strain gauges, accelerometers, and similar equipment.
3+ years of experience operating vibration tables and developing or adjusting vibration profiles.
Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to execute tests strictly in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
Required Equipment Experience:
Power tools used to mount fixtures and products to test fixtures.
Temperature/Humidity (TH) and Thermal Cycling (TC) chambers.
Electrodynamic shakers (vibration tables).
Corrosion chambers (TH chambers with corrosion gas systems).
Drill press equipment.

Primary Responsibilities/Tasks:
Execute established reliability test procedures, including environmental, mechanical, and certification testing
Set up, operate, and maintain test equipment and thermal chambers for temperature and humidity testing
Document test setups and results with clear photographic evidence
Collect, analyze, and report results using spreadsheets, charts, and presentation slides
Track and communicate testing progress in a timely manner
Support multiple tests and products across the development lifecycle
Ensure safe operation of all test setups and proper use of trained lab equipment
