Responsibilities
- To compile accurate customer technical documentation and develop artwork briefs ensuring they meet both internal and industry requirements and guidelines
- To co-ordinate multiple projects, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed according to agreed deadlines, and to accurately record and maintain key data where appropriate.
- Proof-read & approve created artwork.
- To ensure all web-based systems are maintained as required by internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the team with any other general admin duties
- To ensure that health, safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to all at times via maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- To generate and maintain procedures and work instructions for the area.

Requirements
- Educated to GCSE standard in English and Mathematics
- IT skills - good knowledge of Excel, Power point, Word, Outlook, Internet, SAP and EH&S
- Good knowledge of data bases and data collation
