Grade Level (for internal use): 11 The Team: The Data, Valuations and Risk Analytics ('DVR') team plays a critical role in enabling banks, securities firms, asset managers, and other financial institutions to: - Strengthen valuation governance and controls - Enhance their securities finance benchmarking, dividend risk management, and ETF operational efficiency - Improve front office and risk transparency - Meet regulatory and audit expectations - Scale valuation processes across asset classes As a Sales Specialist, you will directly influence revenue growth, client adoption, and long-term strategic relationships with some of the largest financial institutions in Hong Kong. Responsibilities and Impact: - Own and drive end to end sales cycles for DVR solutions, from pipeline generation to close - Develop and execute territory and account plans targeting banks, asset managers, and financial institutions - Engage senior stakeholders including Front Office, Risk, Valuation, Finance, IT, and Procurement - Position DVR against competitive alternatives (e.g. Murex, Kondor, in house platforms) - Work closely with pre sales and product specialists to deliver compelling demonstrations and solution designs - Build strong relationships with existing S&P Global clients to identify upsell and expansion opportunities - Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene (Salesforce) - Contribute market feedback to product and leadership teams to support roadmap and go to market strategy
