Role Overview and Core Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for developing a highly functioning support team by leading timely execution, quality, and accuracy of all work performed by your team. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers. Manage and direct the team's day‑to‑day activities, with a clear understanding of workflow management and resource allocation. Spend approximately 20% of time performing similar work as those supervised. Prepare mid‑year and end‑of‑year reviews by analyzing productivity, quality of work, and departmental contributions. Monitor, maintain, and help improve employee performance through consistent feedback and coaching. Mentor and develop associates and support professional growth. Assist with cross‑departmental projects to timely and successful completion. Perform special projects as needed. Required Knowledge and Experiences High school diploma required; associate's degree preferred Prior leadership experience preferred Previous sales and/or support work experience strongly desired Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, multitask effectively, and work independently Strong listening and communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to make independent decisions Proactively generates ideas for improvement and provides recommendations to enhance processes and procedures Curious mindset with a desire to understand existing perspectives and workflows Strong attention to detail with analytical skills and the ability to grasp, retain, and apply concepts Ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment to meet productivity standards, deadlines, and departmental SLEs Consistently meets established productivity standards and deadlines Required Technical Skills Experience with Salesforce.
