Job Title/High Level Position Summary :
Transact products through the warehouse in various departments including Receiving, Picking, S hipping , Returns processing , L ogo processing , or Inventory using Oracle R .12 .
Run various reports & Analysis using Microsoft Excel
P erform tasks such as labeling, repackin g, stacking, cleaning & organizing .
Communicate professionally via phone or email with customer care team a nd supply chain personnel.
Reject unsatisfactory, damaged, or defect ive items.
Occasionally l ift or mov e heavy items up to 50 lbs
Physically move material s to/from t heir designated locations in the warehouse .
Monitor and control inventory integrity, research inventory discrepancies if needed .
Prepa re documentation and maintai n records of processed transactions .
Embrace safety culture.
Participate in audits and 5S program .
Participate in continuous improvement activities.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Basic Qualifications :
Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
Data entry and computer knowledge (Outlook, excel, word, power point, etc .)
ERP system knowledge.
Education
High School Diploma
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Typical warehouse environment
Must be able to sit, stand, or walk up to 8 hours a day.
Must be able to frequently carry (up to 30 feet each time) up to 5 0 lbs.
Have full range of motion of the waist and neck.
Have unrestricted use of upper extremities and prefo rm over-head reaching.
Frequently bend (to the floor), twist, and kneel.
Ability to work in a non- temperature-controlled environment.

Desired Characteristics:
Strong communication and organizational skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
