- Experience coaching, training, or mentoring team members.
- Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities.
- Comfortable communicating findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
- Travel
- Must be able to travel up to Max 10%.
- Occasional travel to hubs (Chicago, Charlotte, Dallas & Scottsdale) and other locations as needed.
