Pipeline & Sales Operations
Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline to ensure full visibility of opportunities and consistent revenue delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to shape sales strategies, negotiate workflows, and drive departmental growth across the region.
Collect, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular reporting on KPIs, revenue progress, and client performance.
Industry Representation
Represent HBX Group's culture, vision, and values at major global travel trade events.
Act as an ambassador for the organization while expanding relationships with Destination Marketing Organizations and key stakeholders across APAC.
Requirements
Strong understanding of the APAC travel industry landscape, trends, and key players.
Existing relationships and networks within Destination Marketing Organizations.
Full professional proficiency in English for international business development.
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Strong cultural awareness and the ability to navigate diverse international markets.
Advanced analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify challenges and create effective solutions.
Proven ability to leverage a professional network to generate leads, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling proposals, pitches, and presentations.
