Responsibilities
- Forecast demand and support material planning using historical data, production schedules, and consumption trends
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishment activity to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess
- Process and validate material orders while maintaining accurate inventory data across systems
- Generate and analyze inventory reports and key performance indicators (e.g., inventory turnover, days on hand, stock-outs)
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations
- Manage excess, obsolete, and slow-moving inventory and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate material flow to support production schedules, including labeling and stock rotation

- Minimum Qualifications - Analyst I
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as 4 years' experience in a related field
- Working knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Basic data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy across multiple systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Qualifications - Analyst I
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Experience in inventory planning, MRP, or supply chain operations
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or dealership environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools
- Basic understanding of demand forecasting and inventory optimization
- Minimum Qualifications - Analyst II
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of ERP and inventory management systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., data analysis, pivot tables, reporting)

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
