About the role

Working Hour Mondays to Fridays: 7:15 am to 4:15 pm Key Roles 1. Student Engagement & Development Design and deliver structured programmes to help students build emotional and behavioural regulation skills Provide individual and small-group mentoring sessions Build trusting relationships with students to support personal growth 2. Behaviour & Emotional Support Identify behavioural triggers and develop intervention strategies Reinforce positive behaviour through coaching and role-modelling Support students in applying strategies in classroom and school settings 3. Collaboration with School Staff Work closely with teachers, Year Heads, and Student Management Personnel Align support plans for students across the school Provide feedback on progress and contribute to case discussions 4. Monitoring & Reporting Track student progress using agreed indicators Provide periodic updates on outcomes and recommendations Maintain proper documentation of all interventions Qualifications, Skills & Experience Qualifications: Counselling, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or Casework Experience: Preferably 1 year of similar working experience Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentoring abilities
