Your New Role Support underwriting through general administration, document issuance, chasing and archiving, to ensure delivery of a professional service within agreed timelines. Support the Insurance Admin team, to ensure team objectives are achieved successfully. Input data accurately on relevant internal and external systems to maintain correct and up to date information. Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Respond to broker/client requests in accordance with service standards to provide an excellent customer focus. Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver superior service standards as part of the extended service team. Review risks entered and where necessary take corrective action to ensure data integrity for the team. Deal with all Credit Control, Claims and Underwriting queries within agreed timescales. About You Flexible approach and ability to recognise and adapt to changing business requirements. Good team player, demonstrating passion and a positive attitude, with the capability to work collaboratively and develop strong working relationships. Problem solver and proactivity. Ability to deal with high workload and multitasking activities. Strong organizational skill, able to prioritize and manage stress. Ability to analyse and work on data. Good knowledge of Financial Lines/Liability/Property policies and coverages is a plus. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Solid verbal and written communication skills in English is a plus.
