Develop and Execute visibility strategy of our brands in the on trade
Implement agreed IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) including channel strategy
Manage Partnership contracts
Generate volume through pouring contracts
Execute brand promotions/activations
Event management - planning, execution and evaluation
A&P management
Conceptualization and execution of experiential activations, partnerships, and on-trade programs aligned with brand strategy
Ensure strong alignment between brand ambition and commercial execution.
Monitoring and Collection of sales information or market data such as BRAND OFF-TAKE, PRICE SURVEYS, COMPETITIVE ACTIVITIES and CONSUMER INSIGHTS.
Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve targets, including pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies within the Distributors & modern trade channel.
Responsible for working closely with key customers to drive performance KPIs
Ability to Perform Business Reviews and Assess Market Needs
Learn, mentor and motivate the Distributors modern trade sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives
Requirements
Strong people skills and ability to communicate at different organization levels
Strong communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills
Analytical Skills and Strategic Mindset
Ability to analyze numbers (Sales Volume, Pricing, Value Chain and etc)
Excellent ability to interpret the marketing vision and drive value adding insights and budget management experience
Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership who is proactive and a good team player.
Ability to promote cross functional effectiveness. Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field
Experience in Modern Trade in FMCG or Alcohol, Tobacco industry >5-7 years
Experience in distributor development or distributor management is an advantage
Computer literacy (Power point and Excel)
Able to perform well under pressure with strong desire to achieve sale target
